Responsibilities:
- Information, advice and support for university members on general questions of intellectual property protection, employee invention law and patent, competition and copyright law,
- Receipt and formal examination of invention disclosures and preparation of statements with regard to technological feasibility, commercial potential and exploitation opportunities for inventions,
- Participation in the further development and validation of the strategy for dealing with intellectual property and development of protection and exploitation strategies for IP objects, including reporting,
- Drafting and preliminary review of exploitation agreements in the IPR area (in particular non-disclosure agreements, patent license agreements, know-how agreements, software agreements) and material transfer agreements,
- Nagoya representative of the MLU.
